Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "Player", "User", "you", or "your") and bo345 (hereinafter "bo345", "we", "us", or "our "), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bo345.io (hereinafter the "Platform" or "Site").

4.4 Currency

Any currency conversion costs arising from the use of international payment methods are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.5 No Money Laundering

The bo345 Platform must not be used for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illicit financial activity. Deposits must be made from a payment account legitimately held in the Player's own name. bo345 reserves the right to freeze account balances, withhold withdrawals, and report suspected financial crimes to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the Player.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the bo345 Platform are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. These rules are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. The following general principles apply to all betting activity:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Acceptance is confirmed by the issuance of a bet receipt or confirmation notification.
• bo345 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, postponed, or otherwise materially altered prior to conclusion, in accordance with the relevant sport-specific rules.

Account Suspension & Closure

bo345 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a player's account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where suspension is required for responsible gaming purposes. During a suspension, the player may not place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals.

9.2 Permanent Closure by bo345

Where an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms, bo345 may permanently close the account. In such cases, bo345 may withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceedings. Determinations made by bo345 under this section are final subject to the dispute resolution process outlined below.
